Handling VoIP Emergency

It may seem that some VoIP companies still cannot be trusted with life-and-death situations.

Take, for example, this VoIP company that dispatched an ambulance to Mississauga when the calles is living in Calgary. It appears that the callers were formerly from Mississauga and moved to Calgary. They had their delivery addresses changed and yet their address were not yet changed in the VoIP company's records.
